Restaurant Sonnendeck Apertura, Flüelen.

An diesem Ort fühlt man sich, als würde man am Ufer des Luganer See oder Lake Como sitzen…was für ein toller Ort!  

Nach einer schönen Fahrt auf dem Schiff von Luzern nach Flüelen, bevor Sie Ihre Reise ins Tessin oder eine Bergwanderung in der Umgebung fortsetzen, empfehle ich Ihnen, in diesem Restaurant einen Zwischenstopp einzulegen. Norbert Koller und Torsten Hering sind die Betreiber dieses wunderschönen Standort. Sie haben innen und außen großartige Arbeit geleistet. Der Marina-Look ist ein perfektes Thema direkt am Seeufer.

Norbert kümmert sich um die Vorderseite des Hauses und Torsten ist der Chefkoch, der die großartigen menus vorbereitet. Wenn Sie mit Ihrem eigenen Boot über den See fahren und direkt vor dem Restaurant anlegen, und hier lunch oder abend essen wollen, ist ausreichend Platz von Bootsanlegestellen vorhanden.

Vom Bahnhof und Schiffshafen

in Flüelen sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entlang des Sees zum Restaurant. Es gibt keine Parkplätze beim Restaurant, daher muss man zu Fuß gehen, es ist jedoch ein wunderschöner spaziergang  von den ankunftsstellen zum Standort.
Ich habe dort den Vatertag mit meiner 22-köpfigen Familie verbracht. Das Essen war perfekt, gut präsentiert und wurde effizient serviert. Die Menüs bestanden aus einem Holzbrett, die Seiten wurden an das Brett geheftet und mit einem Stück Treibholz aus dem See zusammengehalten, eine großartige Idee!

stehen unter anderem Lammfilet-Portweinsauce, Ossobucco über Safran-Risotto, Angus-Lendensteak, Thunfisch-Carpaccio, gebratener Branzino (perfekt zubereitet), gegrillter Tintenfisch, frittierter Zander aus dem See und eine tolle auswahl von Pizzas. Mein Favorit ist die Bruschetta Pizza, ein schöner, knuspriger Boden mit Pesto, Olivenöl, geviertelten Datteltomaten, Rucola und Büffelmozzarella.  Das  Essen ist sehr gut, und die  Drinks auch; so wurden bestimmte Sachen serviert, zum Beispiel der Icetea wurde in einer kleinen Weinkaraffe serviert, der Bananasplit, waren nicht halbierte Bananen sondern in scheiben geschnitten und in einem Glaskrug serviert.  Das Tiramisu wurde individuell in einer schönen quadratischen Keramikschale zubereitet. wir hatten die Burrata mit Avocado, Tomaten, beträufelt mit einem Pesto-Olivenöl…es ist genug für zwei Personen als Vorspeise!
