Who is Chef UlrichK?

Welcome to my blog! I’m Ulrich, a former interantional a Swiss-trained, certified chef, and hospitality professional, with a passion for food and travel. I have contributed articles, recipes, and pictures to many national publications. During my career, which spanned from Europe to South, Central, and North America to Canada and the Caribbean Islands, I have acquired knowledge of various cuisines and customs in positions held as Executive Chef, Director of Food & Beverages, VP of F&B Operations, Restaurant Owner, and Culinary Consultant.
