Sheer Ramjohn’s thought of the Day

with No Comments

As we get older at least some smidgeon of wisdom does appear. The amount gained depends a great deal on the receiver whether you absorb it or not. To this end, I offer something that is so blatant that it begs an explanation. For most of us, we are afraid to be kind, we are afraid to show our ‘vulnerable’ side, we are afraid to be the ‘real me. Under the cloud of ‘protection’, we set up our own roadblocks which is an integral part of our quest for inner peace leading to happiness.

My mom wrote in my autograph book when I was young,

“Be true to thy ownself

Then thou cannot be false to any man”

Shakespeare said:

“All the world’s a stage, and all men and women merely players”

And one man in his time plays many parts, His acts being seven ages.

Somber as this sounds, why don’t we all start the healing!

What do you think?

Go figure!
