With Masks, without Masks, Mandatory, or Voluntarily!
As of today
there are millions of deaths caused by Covid-19 and millions of infections in the World. I do understand that a country cannot stay shut for an indefinite amount of time, as it would cause as much harm as the virus itself, due to depression, medical issues, suicides, obesity, etc.
However, governments apply their rules and laws upon the population; they make us pay taxes, they make us put children in school, otherwise, they find the parents, they make us drive on the assigned side of the street, they make us pay a yearly TV & Radio tax (at least here in Switzerland), they make you apply for a drivers license before you can drive your car, they make you buy a specific, taxable garbage bag, they issue fines for speeding, they fine us for jaywalking, etc., etc, the list goes on with all kinds of laws and regulations.
As I understand,
this virus is contagious and transmittable by mouth, nose, and eyes, it is considered an Acute Respiratory Syndrome disease?! Now, I may not be the brightest star in the sky, but wouldn’t it make complete sense to wear a mask to prevent the spread of this disease whether you are symptomatic or not, and since anyone could be a carrier?
I would not trust a stranger on the bus or on a train with my life, because that person refuses to wear a mask.
To avoid and overcome that fear of trust and to eradicate the virus, in my opinion, everyone should be wearing a mandatory mask until a vaccine is available. Sure, some folks will rebel against such a rule, but they will overcome and deal with it just as they do and accept all the other rules and regulations put upon us!
One has to wonder
whether or not this is about population control. By not implementing a mask law, it’s like saying, “Deal with this virus on your terms, if you wear a mask your continued survival depends on it, if you are not wearing it you may die! “
It is a no-brainer to me! My opinion is just what it is, my opinion, and some common sense!
